ClinicalMerger is not a self-service marketplace. Every counterparty is verified, every NDA is admin-approved, and every listing is anonymised until the seller decides to unlock.

Onboard & verify
Every seller and buyer submits institutional credentials. Our transaction desk verifies within 48 hours before granting platform access. Retail users, competitors and unknown parties are turned away.

List anonymously
Sellers publish a teaser with region, city tier, asset type and banded metrics only. No brand, no address, no photographs, no doctor names — the platform enforces anonymity at the database level.

Discover
Verified buyers browse the live pipeline, save searches by region and mandate, and are alerted the moment matching opportunities go live.

Request NDA
A buyer requests an NDA on a specific opportunity. Our desk vets mandate fit; the seller then approves or declines. Buyer identity is masked from sellers until mutual approval.

Enter the data room
On approval, the full profile unlocks: audited financials, licences, clinical KPIs, doctor rosters, and the NDA-gated VDR with signed, time-limited document URLs and full audit trail.

Message & submit LOI
Approved counterparties message directly on-platform and submit structured LOIs — soft or binding — with versioning and a clear paper trail.

Close
Diligence, negotiation and signing proceed off-platform with your chosen advisors. We support introductions to legal, tax and clinical DD partners when needed.
